January 15, 2025, Mexico – This day marked a milestone for GELGOOOG's Mexican customer. A 2-ton/hour fresh garlic processing line, meticulously built by GELGOOOG, was successfully delivered and officially put into operation. From this moment on, this production line will operate day and night, fulfilling the customer's expectations for market expansion and increased production capacity.
This is not just a simple equipment delivery. It is a testament to trust, professionalism, and long-term value, and another vivid example of GELGOOOG's philosophy of "transforming customer ideas into actionable solutions."

Stepping into the customer's processing workshop, one is greeted by a well-organized, fully automated production line. Freshly harvested garlic enters through the feeding chute and undergoes key processes such as peeling, color sorting, washing, drying, and packaging, ultimately transforming into uniformly sized, clean, and compliant fresh garlic cloves and whole garlic heads, awaiting shipment to supermarket shelves both domestically and internationally.
Since its commissioning, the entire production line has operated smoothly, with key processes performing particularly well:
The client's technical team followed up on the entire commissioning and trial operation process, highly praising the equipment's stability, ease of operation, and the uniformity of the finished products: "This line's performance exceeded our expectations. Not only did it meet capacity targets, but more importantly, the finished product quality is very stable, which is crucial for our expansion into the high-end market."
GELGOOG did not rush to recommend the equipment but first sent the client's raw material samples to the food processing laboratory. Through multiple rounds of process testing, we gained a deep understanding of the key parameters of Mexican garlic varieties, such as varietal characteristics, moisture content, and skin adhesion. Combined with the client's production target of 2 tons/hour, we precisely matched the peeling method, color sorting accuracy, washing stages, and drying temperature to the appropriate process flow. This stage of work provided a scientific basis for subsequent customized equipment development and mitigated the risk of "buying equipment but not producing qualified products."
After determining the process path, GELGOOOG's R&D team began targeted optimization of the core equipment:

Concurrently with the delivery of the Mexico project, GELGOOOG provided systematic technical training to the client's production and management teams:
These seemingly "soft" services are precisely the key to the client's continuous and stable production. As the client's production manager stated, "GELGOOG gave us not just a production line that produces products, but a complete production management system. Now our team can solve minor problems independently, significantly reducing the failure rate and increasing production efficiency."
