A 2-ton/hour fresh garlic processing line, meticulously built by GELGOOOG, was successfully delivered and officially put into operation. From this moment on, this production line will operate day and night, fulfilling the customer's expectations for market expansion and increased production capacity.

Stepping into the customer's processing workshop, one is greeted by a well-organized, fully automated production line. Freshly harvested garlic enters through the feeding chute and undergoes key processes such as peeling, color sorting, washing, drying, and packaging, ultimately transforming into uniformly sized, clean, and compliant fresh garlic cloves and whole garlic heads, awaiting shipment to supermarket shelves both domestically and internationally.

Since its commissioning, the entire production line has operated smoothly, with key processes performing particularly well:

  1. Peeling: High peeling integrity and low damage rate lay a solid foundation for subsequent processing;
  2. Color Sorting: A high-precision visual recognition system accurately removes discolored particles and defective products, ensuring consistent finished product appearance;
  3. Washing and Drying: Multi-stage washing combined with efficient drying effectively extends shelf life while maintaining cleanliness;
  4. Packaging: Automated packaging equipment ensures precise measurement and tight sealing, meeting supermarket shelf standards.

The client's technical team followed up on the entire commissioning and trial operation process, highly praising the equipment's stability, ease of operation, and the uniformity of the finished products: "This line's performance exceeded our expectations. Through multiple rounds of process testing, we gained a deep understanding of the key parameters of Mexican garlic varieties, such as varietal characteristics, moisture content, and skin adhesion.   • Optimizing the spray layout and water circulation system of the washing section based on the workshop's water supply conditions;
  • Enhancing the dehumidification capacity of the drying section considering the high humidity of the local climate.
  • Every adjustment in detail aimed at the same goal: to perfectly adapt the equipment to the client's actual conditions and ensure stable operation after production commencement.

  1. Operational Training: Hands-on instruction for frontline employees on proper equipment operation and how to identify abnormal signals;
  2. Maintenance Training: Detailed explanation of daily maintenance points, replacement cycles for vulnerable parts, and troubleshooting methods for common malfunctions;
  3. Management Empowerment: Assistance with establishing equipment files and developing inspection systems, enabling a shift from "reactive maintenance" to "proactive prevention."
