On August 23rd, GELGOOG held an installation and commissioning handover and farewell ceremony for the Jamaican biscuit project. The meeting was attended by the Project Program Engineer, Delivery Manager, Account Manager and Head of Field Delivery Engineer, marking that the project is about to enter the critical implementation phase. The Jamaica Biscuit project delivery team will depart immediately and the whole delivery cycle is expected to be 55 days.
In the meeting, Jamaica Biscuit program engineers made a comprehensive introduction to the project, and focused on the installation and commissioning process requires special attention to the key nodes and technical difficulties, as well as the various precautions. Subsequently, the delivery manager made a detailed explanation of the installation schedule, explained the installation process and delivery standards, and systematically publicized the problem feedback mechanism, on-site records, safety precautions and disciplinary requirements. He also answered the questions raised by the person in charge of the on-site delivery engineers.
The site of Jamaica cookie project involves the integrated cross of multiple production lines, which is a complicated situation. Due to the uncertainty of the lifting position, the on-site delivery engineers need to make temporary adjustments, which puts high demands on the resilience and comprehensive coordination ability of the delivery team. In the past two years, GELGOOG's delivery team has successfully completed different biscuits production line delivery tasks in many countries and accumulated rich experience.
