This set of Automatic Peanut Frying Line is suitable for frying peanut, broad beans, green beans, cashew nuts, chickpea, etc. The complete set of automatic peanut frying line is consisted of lifting machine, continuous fryer machine, de-oiling machine, cooling machine, seasoning machine and vacuum packaging machine (or granule packaging machine)
1. For continuous fryer machine: GELGOOG offer gas and electric two heating types. This fryer machine can be used to fry onion rings, banana chips, fried dough twist, meatball, chicken nuggets, vegetables chips, french fries, tortilla chips, puffed food, all kinds of nuts, beans, etc.. All the machines are made of stainless steel material, ensures the good quality about machines, durable. The production capacity can be customized.
2. For deoiling machine: All made of GB 304 stainless steel. With a shock absorber system, the oil removal process is more stable, the use of centrifugal principle. Automatic brakes, digital display, automatic control.
3. Seasoning machine: Continuous seasoning machine with inclined dressing roller, fully control the speed and material capacity, suitable for continuous seasoning seasoning operations. Working process of making fried peanut:
Sorting to take out the unqualified peanut---Peeling to remove the skin of peanut if you want --- Frying --- De-oiling machine to remove oil on the surface of peanut---Lifting machine---Air drying machine to remove the residual oil on the surface of peanut----Seasoning Machine---Vacuum Packing.
