This fried food processing line can realize automatic working, high working efficiency and automatic discharging. This frying line is composed of elevator machine, continuous frying machine, fried food deoiling machine, and cooling machine.
Scope of Application:
Fava beans, green beans, peas, pork rinds, onion rings, fish tofu, chicken nuggets, peanuts, chips, and other kinds of leisure food.
The production process of automatic frying line:
Raw material lifting--Continuous frying--Fried food de-oiling--Wind air cooling(There are also falvoring machine and packing machine if you need)
Characteristics of this Frying Line:
Fried process uses automation control without manual operation, and product quality is stable. Automatic filtering slag system extend the period of edible oil. Oil removing effect is good, for de-oiling machine has strong centrifugal force.
