♦ Cocoa bean roaster machine

This machine is mainly used for roasted cocoa beans, can choose electric heating, coal heating, gas heating and heat conduction oil heating in a variety of ways, heat directly by thermal radiation effects on cocoa beans,in the process of baking sieve rotation together, can make the roasted cocoa beans uniform heating, to achieve the ideal effect of baking.

♦ Cocoa Liquor Grinding Machine

This product is the high efficient function of wet ultramicro grinding, grinding, emulsification, mixing, dispersion, homogenization and stirring. It is suitable for all kinds of emulsion or paste material, and the material can be treated with thick density of material. It can be customized according to customers' different acidity, alkalinity and consistency of processing materials.

 

♦ Cocoa Oil Press Machine

Hydraulic oil presss machine is the main processing oil crop object, such as sesame, walnut kernel, peanut kernel, pine seeds, almond and other high oil crops. The machine has easy operation in mechanical oil, spiral, replacement of parts, is the alternative refined balm manual operation of advanced equipments, because each time can extract (2-7 kg/time), short time (8 to 12 minutes/times).

 

♦ Oil Cake Crushing Machine

This machine is specially suitable for dry, fresh bovine bone, pig bone, sheep bone, donkey bone, etc. all kinds of animal big bone and fish bone, broken range 5-80mm. ♦ Cocoa Powder Grinding Machine

The machine USES the relative motion between the movable gear disc and the fixed tooth disc, which can be crushed by the combined action of the crush, friction and material impact of the crushed objects. The machine structure is simple, solid, smooth operation and good crushing effect. The pulverized objects can be directly produced by the machine grinding cavity and the particle size is obtained by changing the different aperture sieve mesh.

Note: The roasting machine in the picture is a continuous roasting machine, which can replace the drum roasting machine.
