One customer from Uzbekistan ordered one set of Chickpea Frying and Flavouring Machine from GELGOOG Company with capacity 300kg/h. Customer owns a factory to process chickpeas for over 5 years.
This set of chickpeas frying processing line is consisted of chickpea frying machine and chickpea flavoring machine.
1. Chickpea frying machine: This is made of pure stainless steel, durable, also adopts new technology of oil-water mixture on technology. Waste residue produced during Fried process will sink to the bottom, and then outflow through drainage, the oil can be reused in the frying machine and will not turn black, greatly reducing the cost of production, equipment with automatic temperature control system, the constant oil temperature makes fried material color consistent and very beautiful, taste better. This chickpea frying machine can be used to fry chips, french fries, banana chips, pellet chips, broad beans, green beans, peanut, etc.
2. Chickpea flavouring machine: This single-drum potato chips flavoring machine is automatic discharge and the amount of flavor is adjustable by the machine. Can be snack flavoring line, with seasoning machine and lifting machine.Adopts imported oil spray nozzle, oil amount adjustable, spray evenly, adopt the electricity heating tank, pump transport oil.This machine also is applicable to a wide range can be used for all kinds of extruded snacks , puffed snack, fried snack, fried nuts, pet food , fish feed and fried snacks in seasoning and coating oil and sugar.
The finished chickpeas can be flavoured with different seasonings, like garlic, spicy, bbq etc. Crunchy, roasted chickpeas, a delicious snack and topper. Made with camelina oil, these chickpeas are a sweet smokey barbecue flavour that's a perfect snack for a day in the park or at the big game.
