Ice Cream Cones Producing Machines

This ice cream cone producing machine is suitable for industrial ice cream cone production. The same machine can make different products within round biscuit, sugar rolled cone, egg roll with changing the different forming devices. The flour is the base material for this machine, with appropriate condiments, then add water and stir then into the batter, adding quantitatively into the mould, by heating puffing, it becomes edible and attractive appearance of the containers, commonly known as “egg tray”.

 

Structure: The spare parts of machine are installed on the strong steel structures. The doors are double for heat insu-lation. All the panels are made with stainless steel.

Technical specifications: The machine is driven by the 3phase power and the baking oven is heating with gas (nature gas or liquid gas). The producing ability is very high and it is all automatic from spaying the batter, baking, forming, falling off from molds, conveying products, stacking and counting.

Molds: The baking plates are made with high-qualified ductile cast iron.
GELGOOG offer two models of this kind of ice cream producing machines: One is with 12 moulds and the other 15 moulds. 12moulds cone making machine is with capacity 500-800pcs/h and 15 moulds cones making machine with capacity 800-1000pcs/h.
