Fully Automatic Incense Stick Making Machine can process the fresh bamboo into the bamboo toothpicks, bamboo sticks,incense sticks and so on in different sizes or shapes according to the real requirement. 
 

The total production line includes:

1. Sawing Machine(Bamboo) with 2.2KW motor, working data 150mm depth/ time

2. Bamboo dissection machine with 4KW motor, working data 14 times/min

3. Combined flakers (3 sets) with 1.1KW motor,working data 76 m/min

4. Bamboo filament shaping machine (5sets) with 7.1KW motor, working data 55-80 m/min

5. Bamboo filament set-size machine (3sets) with 0.75KW motor, working data 350 mm

6. Polishing machine (2sets) with 1.1KW motor ,working data 0.25 m³

The complete line consists of 6-8 machines, some of them are optional according to your actual situation. You also can make one-end-sharp and two-end-sharp selectable. The capacity of the toothpick machine is 1500-2000kg/8h. The stick with diameter of 1.3mm, and length of 20.3cm. The same set of bamboo incense sticks making machine can also be used to make bamboo toothpicks and bbq sticks.
