Bamboo Sticks Machine can be used for making Barbecue skewer sticks, Incense sticks, etc or other types of sticks according to clients' request.
The size of the finished sticks: Diameter of 2.5mm-2.8mm, Length of 150mm - 250mm and Diameter of 2.8-3.0mm, with length of 150-300mm.

The Capacity of this line is 400000 pcs per 8 hours and about 200-500kg of dry bamboo sticks. The highest capacity can be up to 800000 pcs per shift.
The complete set of bamboo sticks machine is consisted of Raw Bamboo Sawer, Bamboo Sharpener, Fixed Thickness and Width Slicer, Bamboo Stick Former,Bamboo-stick Fixed Size Machine,Polisher,Bamboo Stick Sharpening Machine,Multifunctional Blade Sharpener. The complete set of machines needs 4-5 workers, with motors of 380V, 50 HZ, Three-phase. (motor also can be customized according to clients requirement).
